UP Scholarship Online Form 2024-25 : As per the latest update on the official portal, Social Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for UP Postmatric Scholarship Online Form 2024 for which the online application process has started on 01st July 2024.

Any candidate who is interested to fill this form must check eligibility, age limit and read full notification before apply for UP Scholarship Online Form 2024. Those candidates who are interested in the following admission can apply online from the below link.

  • Last Date for Filling Form : 31 December 2024
  • Last date for submission of hard copy to the college: 05 January 2025

  • For Renewal Candidates- Please use the previous year’s registration number to log in to the renewal section and enter the new details

Eligibility Criteria for UP Scholarship 2024-25
Criteria Eligibility
Domicile Only the native residents of Uttar Pradesh and the candidates who are domiciles of Uttar Pradesh can avail the benefit of this scholarship facility.
Pre Matric Class 9 candidates must have passed class 8 exam and enrolled in class 9; And Class 10 candidates must have passed class 9 exam and enrolled in class 10 can fill this scholarship form.
Post Matric For class 11th candidates they must have passed class 10th exam and enrolled in class 11th; For class 12th candidates they must have passed class 11th exam and enrolled in class 12th they can fill this scholarship form.
dashmottar Candidates enrolled in any UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate exam can fill this scholarship form.

Offline Submission for UP Scholarship Form 2024-25

  • After filling the online scholarship form, candidates have to take a printout of the complete form and after that they have to attach the relevant documents (specified above) and send it to the concerned college/school/institution before the due date.
