eligibility

• For UTET I (Primary Level: Class I to V):
• Minimum 50% marks in Senior Secondary (or equivalent) and must have passed or be in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC). Or
• Minimum 45% marks in Senior Secondary (or equivalent) and must have passed or be in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC) as per NCTE Regulations, 2002. Or
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Or
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 45% marks and must have passed or be in final year of 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) as per NCTE regulations. Or
• Minimum 50% marks in Senior Secondary (or equivalent) and must have passed or be in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.Ed.). Or
• Minimum 50% marks in Senior Secondary (or equivalent) and must have passed or be in final year of 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Or
• BA/B.Sc./B.Com degree and must have passed or be in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC).
• For UTET II (Upper Primary Level: Class VI to VIII):
• Graduation and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC) either passed or in final year.
• Graduation with minimum 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) either passed or in final year.
• Graduation with minimum 45% marks and either passed or in final year of 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) as per NCTE regulations.
• You must have minimum 50% marks in your Senior Secondary (or equivalent) and passed or be in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Minimum 50% marks in your Senior Secondary (or equivalent) and either passed or in final year of 4-year BA/B.Sc.Ed or B.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
